It clarifies and confirms that all we have to do is speak the truth, that Jesus is Lord, and let that truth permeate into our hearts too. From that point on, we are saved. How amazing is that?

This means that no matter who you are, where you come from, or what your background is, God is inviting you to follow Him and partake in His abundant promises.
