Yes, we ship to most countries, with a few exclusions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Shipping times and rates are calculated at Checkout. These are dependant on your delivery address and items in your order.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, however, if your order has already been packed or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes.
UK
If you change your mind about your order we accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. Simply email our team at shop@glorify-app.com with your order number and the item that you are wanting to return, and we can confirm the return details with you.
Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend you use a tracked service and keep your proof of return until your refund has been processed.
Rest of the world
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery of your order if the item is damaged or incorrect. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order, if you have any questions regarding an item please feel free to email our team at shop@glorify-app.com before placing your order and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Please use your tracking number to track your order. If the courier states that your order has been delivered then please check any safe places or with your neighbors first. If you are still unable to locate your order then please email us with your order number and delivery address at shop@glorify-app.com
If your order has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe and your tracking has not been updated, please contact us and we can look into this for you.
