“Heavenly Father, I thank You for loving me. I thank You for sending Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, to the world to save me and to set me free. I trust in Your power and grace that sustain and restore me.
Loving Father, touch me now with Your healing hands, for I believe that Your will is for me to be well in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Cover me with the Most Precious Blood of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
Cast anything out that should not be in me. Root out any unhealthy and abnormal cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild and replenish any damaged areas. Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection by the power of Jesus’ Precious Blood.

Jesus I take a moment now to be still before you. I still my frantic thoughts and quiet my emotions and turn my heart to meet with you. Despite everything I face at the moment I come before you with gratitude; thank you that you fight for me. Thank you that you never give up on me and never abandon me. I ask you now to renew my strength and bring your comfort and peace to my soul.
It’s easy to feel powerless when a loved one gets sick. A cancer diagnosis, sudden illness or accident can be an overwhelming thing to deal with even as a friend or family member. When our loved ones don't have the energy or faith themselves we can declare healing on their behalf. Use a prayer like the one below and use your friend's name as you pray.
“Lord, your Word speaks promises of healing and restoration and I thank you for the miracles you still perform today. Today I claim those promises over my friend. I believe in the healing power of faith and prayer and I ask you to begin your mighty work in the life of my friend. Please reach down and surround my friend with supernatural peace and strength and give her the faith to believe that all things are possible for you. Protect her from Satan's lies and discouragement and let her miraculous healing begin. Amen.” Christianity.com
There’s no overstating how difficult it is to focus on the goodness of God when you are fighting for your own, or a loved one’s health. Scripture is filled with promises of God’s protection, His kindness and His love, and these can be tough to hold onto when you’re in physical or emotional pain.
