By entering the Glorify 21-Day Challenge (“Challenge”), participants agree to these Official Rules. Read carefully before entering.
GENERAL
1. Sponsor
The Glorify 21-Day Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by Glorify, with its principal place of business at [insert address] (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of the entry date. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge begins on January 6, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (“Challenge Period”).
4. Entry Requirements
• Participants must opt into the Challenge through the Glorify app by interacting with the designated pop-up.
• To remain eligible, participants must engage with the app daily during the Challenge Period. Engagement is defined as logging into the app and completing at least one activity (e.g., devotional, prayer, meditation).
• Participants who miss a day will no longer be eligible for the prize.
5. Winner Selection
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants who successfully engage daily for 21 consecutive days.
• The drawing will occur on or about January 29, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants.
6. Winner Notification
• The selected winner will be notified via the email associated with their Glorify account.
• The winner must respond within 5 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE
One (1) Prize:
• A $500 Visa Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $500).
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other item unless at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. Publicity
By participating, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
2. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or malfunctions affecting participation.
• Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from participation in the Challenge or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
3. Disputes
Any disputes arising from the Challenge will be governed by the laws of the State of [insert applicable state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in [insert applicable city/state].
4. Modification and Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
